Return Policy

Refurbished Items

We provide 30 Days return on all the refurbished computer orders. During the return period, you can return your purchase and receive a Full Refund if the item is returned in the same condition.

• If your return is due to a defective product, we will provide you a pre-paid return shipping label.
• If your return is due to a reason like "No longer needed" and the product is working properly, you will be responsible for sending the product back to us.

All returns are subject to return inspection, which usually takes 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item. Refund will be issued after we finish the inspection.

A 15% Restocking fee may apply to returned items which are not in the same condition or missing any parts.

 

Brand New Items 

The return period for Unopened Brand New Items is 14 Days after delivery. The customer will be responsible for the return shipping. 

Opened Brand New Items are NOT Eligible For Return. Most of the brand new items will carry a factory warranty, please contact the manufacturer for warranty service. For items that are not covered by an original factory warranty, X-Dynamic Systems' 90 days standard warranty will be applied.
