All the Refurbished products are professionally inspected and tested by our qualified technicians. Our Standard Warranty Period is 90 Days from the delivery date of the purchase. Extended Warranties are available for an additional cost.

Some specific items will have a longer warranty period which will be clearly stated in the listings.

What's Covered?

• Our standard warranty will  Only cover all the hardware problems such as defective parts, hardware failure/malfunction. 
• We will cover the replacement parts and labor cost during the warranty period.
• We make Warranty Service Easy so the shipping cost will also be covered within Canada&USA. Free Shipping For All Warranty Services!

What's Not Covered?

• Accidental damages caused by the user.
• Hardware damage or compatible issues caused by 3rd party accessories installed by the user.
• Software compatible issues caused by 3rd party software.

Please provide the following information:

1. Your invoice number and purchase date
2. A brief description of the issue.
3. If possible, attach some screenshots in your e-mail to show us if you got any error messages
4. If you want to discuss the issue with our technician on the phone, please leave your phone number and we will schedule a call back at your convenience.
